Pie Dough- Aunt Jeanie's Recipe
"Easy-As-Pie" Crust (2 crust pie)
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar (I added this, because I like to eat raw dough, you don't have to)
1/3 cut vegetable oil (not olive oil)
4 Tbsp. of COLD water
Mix flour, salt, sugar and oil, mix well then slowly add water until you get it to a dough consistency, wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap and chill in fridge for at least 10 minutes, Then roll to desired size.
